Bankruptcy Attorney

Elite Technical is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney that is barred in Delaware or New Jersey or New York! We seek a motivated individual devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence and serving clients in everything Bankruptcy related!

This position can be staffed the following areas: Wilmington DE, New York NY or Hackensack NJ. Although our client works in a hybrid manner (onsite/remote) the expectation is that attorneys will be onsite when needed.

Required Skills

- Bar admission in one or more states is required: Delaware, New York, New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience within Bankruptcy law
- Strong academic credentials is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are
- Litigation experience is a plus
